After-School Clubs - Including Elite

After-school clubs are sent out on the first Thursday of each Term at 6pm. 

Clubs start on the second week of each of the 6 Terms. 

Please note that South View after-school clubs are £1 per session, Elite clubs are £4 per session and the full Term must be paid for. If you book a club in error, we are unable to refund this, so please check the clubs that you are booking carefully.

Some clubs are continuous, such as Chess and Dance. For these clubs, you do not need to reapply after the first Term, you will just be sent a payment item at the beginning of each Term.

• Clubs will be available to select and pay for until 10am of the following Monday. 
• Clubs can be found in the 'Payment' section of ParentMail in the 'Shop'.
• You will receive an email receipt once you have selected and completed the check-out process, and you can also see this receipt in your ParentMail history.
• If the club is full, you will now be able to access a waiting list. Should a space become available, we will contact you.
• The collection point for after-school clubs is at the front of the main school office. Please park responsibly, there are parking restrictions in place until 4.30pm.

There will be no South View or Elite after-school clubs on the first week of the 6 Terms going forward.

If your child is invited to a club, such as M2, cookery or tuition, please note the dates on the initial ParentMail carefully. These invited clubs occasionally take place on the first week of a Term.
