The Orchards Wraparound Childcare

 

The Orchards is our Wraparound Childcare Club which is located in the Children's Centre.  We open at 7:30am until 8:40am, when we drop the children into school, and from the end of the school day until 6pm.

The Orchard Breakfast Club - £4.00 - 7.30am to the start of the school day

Breakfast club is held at the Children's Centre, which is the building in the middle of the car park. Toast and a selection of cereals will be available. We would ask that you drop your child/ren off no later than 8.15am so that we can ensure they have eaten before school.

The Orchard After School Childcare Club - £11 - From the end of the school day to 6pm

Orchards After School Club is held at the Children's Centre, which is the building in the middle of the car park. A substantial snack will be included.

 

Bookings can be made via your ParentMail Account up to 12 weeks in advance. We require 24 hours notice to book your child into The Orchards. Bookings can be made by going to your ParentMail account and on the drop-down menu select 'Accounts'. From there you can select 'Breakfast Club' or 'The Orchards After School Club'. Payment is made at the time of booking.

When we have been notified of your payment by the provider, we will then add this as a credit to your Orchards account. This will normally be with two working days, but during the holidays will take longer. Please can you email the school when you make your payment if you would like this to be split between breakfast club and after-school club and in what amounts.

 

The school has the right to refuse use of this facility. The school will provide a valid reason as to why a place has been refused, i.e. parent late collections, non-payment, poor behaviour etc.

 

Late Collection

If you are late collecting your child from the Orchards After School Club, on the third late collection a £50 fee will become payable. If you are late for a further collection or do not pay the fee, then you will no longer be able to book further places at the club.
